Conselho Popular pela Defesa da República Democrática de Timor-Leste
CPD-RDTL is a veteran organization in Timor-Leste, which was founded in
1999.

The CPD-RDTL used the national flag at demonstrations during the
last years:

Now,
they seem to use another one. The group occupied land in Manufahi district
and built up a cooperative, fearing local people. Chief of staff General
Lere Anan Timor visited the group. Photos of the visit are showing members
of CPD-RDTL, waving flags, looking a little like the flag of United Republic
of Timor reported by Mattern and Tarnovsky:

The star
in the CPD-RDTL-version is turned and the yellow circle is bigger.
